Vintage 40s Black Wool Coat Silver Leaf Scarf Buckle M /L

A great coat for autumnal or spring wear, this lightweight piece has shoulder pads, a small fold down collar, and a loose silhouette very typical of the 1940s. There are slit pockets at each hip front. Note the deep pleating running vertically down the sides of the front, as well as the rear. The best part is that there are silver tones, leaf shaped "buckles" where you pull a scarf through! Fully lined. No design labels.

Fabric: no tag. Looks and feels like a lightweight rayon/nylon/cotton blend or something similar.
